4. Minimum eligible cashback amount to be credited is 10 NZD / 5 EUR.

5. Maximum cashback amount is 400 NZD / 200 EUR.

6. All cashback amounts due are calculated by the formula: net losses on the participating games from any deposits during the promo period x 25% (net losses from bonus money are not included in the calculation).

7. Any cashback amount due must be requested in Live Chat or by email by the player on the Monday following this promotion's period, after 18:00 NZST, and before 12:00 NZST on Tuesday. In case the customer does not request the cashback amount, any entitlement of the cashback is considered as void.
